Stock Market Simulation App
Java, Swing, MVC Architecture
Developed a comprehensive stock market simulator application using Java, the Swing framework, and the Alphavantage API, enabling users to create, manage, and query stock portfolios in real time through a graphical user interface.
Implemented core functionalities including the ability to execute buy/sell transactions, query the composition and value of portfolios on specific dates, and save or load portfolio data to/from external files.
Utilized a Model-View-Controller design pattern, integrated real-time data handling using custom caching mechanisms, and supported error handling and validation to enhance user experience.
My Portfolio Website
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Developed this website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This website showcases my skills and serves as a personal portfolio for both my personal and academic coding and design projects.
The site features interactive elements, responsive design, and custom animations to enhance user experience and effectively present my work.
SecureHub
HTML, CSS, BootStrap
SecureHub is a website aiming to safeguard personal privacy by raising awareness of big corporations' data collection, providing resources to mitigate cybersecurity threats, and enhancing education on data breaches within the Oakland community using HTML, CSS, and framework Bootstrap for the Start Summit hackathon which won second place.
I worked on the front end of the website with features including a password generator for creating secure passwords, an interactive game, a statistics page with a data table of breaches from major companies, and an informational page.
